Jasmine's Get Together

Jasmine handed me a stack of invitations the other day that she had made herself for everyone in her preschool class. She drew a smiley face and a sad face with a checkbox next to each. She wrote, "Can you come?" She wrote "3:30 ". Then at the bottom she drew a telephone and wrote our telephone number next to it. The telephone was to let people know that the numbers were our phone number. It was all very cute. So, today was the party. It was funny how every parent was relieved that it wasn't a birthday party. Jasmine planned the entire party herself. She had a table set up with Candy Land and a table set up with a Halloween version of Guess Who called Monster Mix Up. There was a tent set up outside. She set out some fruit, vegetables and cheetos. There were juice boxes and even some cherry 7-up. Overall it was a great party. She had a good turnout and everyone had fun playing together.
